American Spirit Builders Advisory

Our Commitment

At American Spirit Builders Advisory, we believe strong construction leadership begins with trust, communication, discipline, and service.

We are committed to helping clients make informed decisions, protect their investment, and move projects forward with confidence.

Consulting Costs

ASB Advisory provides owner’s representative and construction consulting services on an hourly, fixed-fee, monthly retainer, or project-based fee structure. Depending on project size, complexity, and level of involvement, owner’s representative services typically range from 1.5% to 4% of construction cost, or $175 to $250 per hour for senior-level advisory support. Final pricing is based on project scope, meeting frequency, site visit requirements, documentation review, and duration of services.

Construction Consulting & Owner’s Representative Services

Practical Construction Leadership. Trusted Owner Advocacy. Stronger Project Control.

American Spirit Builders Advisory provides construction consulting and owner’s representative services for owners, contractors, developers, churches, schools, municipalities, and organizations planning or managing commercial construction projects.
